Kevin Romy

« I WILL BE A PROFESSIONAL HOCKEY PLAYER »

Kevin was born on January 31st, 1985 in La Chaux de Fonds, Switzerland. At the age of four, he was already determined : “I will be a professional hockey player”.

In 2000 Kevin began his career as a striker for the HC La Chaux de Fonds. In 2005 he entered the national league A with the Geneve-Servette Hockey Club. He then played with the HC Lugano for 7 years and won the Championship of Switzerland in 2006 to finally come back to Geneva in 2012. In 2013 ans 2014, he won the Spengler cup with the GSHC.

He has now 15 years of hockey experience with 132 national selections and one participation in the Olympic games.

Added to his love for hockey, Kevin has always been a great fan of aviation and decided to undergo flight training to become a professional pilot. He studied at Avilù Flight school based in Lugano-Agno to finally get a professional pilot license in 2012. He shares his passion for flying with his wife, Marine, who is an airline pilot herself.

On July 20th, 2013, Marine and Kevin got married. Six months later, on January 7th, 2014, Marine gave birth to their first child, a girl named Nayla.
